"I was in desperate need of a toilet repair which had to be done on the same day. I rang loads of other companies that were not able to assist which giving the time of year is understandable. However, Somervilles responded very well with my request and I was able to have a plumber on the same day with hardly any waiting time. The guy that came around was very keen to offer information (especially where I'm studying to be a plumber) he was polite, funny at times, respectful of property (tidy) and got the job done without hesitation. He took his time to assess and repair which is great.
